Liam Esposito (he/him), a white deaf autistic trans man, is the project director of Deaf-Led Advocacy. In this project, Liam leads the project management of the Deaf Action Training and Technical Assistance grant which is funded by the Office of Violence Against Women (OVW). Prior to joining Activating Change, Liam worked in the same role at the Vera Institute of Justice. Before that, he was a Senior Lecturer at Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) teaching Criminal Justice courses and was also the executive director of IGNITE - one of the 20 for deaf, by deaf anti-violence programs in the United States.
