Rae Elisme

Rae Elisme (they/she) is a first generation Haitian-American, queer, neurodivergent and chronically ill person from Miami, Florida. Rae serves as program coordinator on the Operations and Innovations team here at Activating Change. In this role, Rae manages contracting, provides administrative support to program leadership and projects, and helps sustain organization-wide operations, all with a smile. They joined Activating Change in October 2022, bringing along lived experience as a survivor, 5 years of administrative experience, and their passion for disability justice.

Outside of their home office, you can find Rae learning ASL, looking at the stars, or eating good food with community.
